YOUR INFORMATION

PRIVACY NOTICE.

Al Barary Motorcycles Rental collects the information you provide to handle enquiries, plan rides and manage bookings: your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, group size, selected services, booking time and pickup / drop-off details.

How we use it

These details support booking administration, customer contact, payment and refund reconciliation and operational records. Do not include passports, identity documents or card numbers in booking notes.

Payments and external services

When enabled, online card payments take place on the payment provider's hosted page. This application does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Email delivery and external WhatsApp / Google links depend on their respective providers.

Essential cookies and private links

An essential first-party cookie protects forms, administrator sign-in and your booking access. No advertising analytics or marketing trackers are installed by default. Your private booking link grants access to your booking; do not post it publicly.

Access and retention

Authorised staff can access operational records. Booking and financial records are retained for business and applicable record-keeping needs; contact the team for access or deletion requests where permitted. Payment/audit records are not silently erased. The operator must configure and review the retention process before public launch.
